Odhlucnenie izieb. Zlepsit upratovanie spolocnych priestorov a wellnes - nik tam pocas otvorenia priebezne neupratoval a nekontroval stav. Casnici nemali vobec naponahlo upratat stoly. Hlavne pri ranajkach sa bolo treba vysporiadat s faktom ze jeme medzi omrvinkami No a Vianocna vyzdoba na Velku moc nema konkurenciu ...

V hoteli Grand sa nám páčilo, boli sme spokojní. Výhrady máme len k pomalému výťahu - dlhé čakacie doby. Vo wellnese nám chýbal vonku malý ľadový bazén na ochladenie. Izby v poriadku. Prístup k zjazdovkám super.

Lepsie oznacanie orientacie v hoteli. Zvolit za familly friendly alebo sa rozhodnut na hotel hlavne pre spirtovo zalozenych ludi a v tom pripade oddelit detske priestory od spolocnych. Vecer sa v kaviarni naozaj nedalo ani rozpravat detsky krik kt. Trval dlho do noci neumoznoval priatelske pisefenie. Co je vela to je vela. Vsetky deti sa hrali dlho do noci v kaviarenskej cadti. To sme skutocne este nikde nezazili.
